In the search for an effective drug rehab in Georgia, half the battle is finding an addiction treatment center that will best suit your needs and the other half is how to pay for drug rehab. This can be a daunting task for you or your family. However, our referral specialists can help locate centers in Georgia and steer you toward finding hope and help for the addiction that is destroying your life and the lives of those around you.

The first step in recovery is recogonizing that one needs help from to the addiction to drugs or alcohol. For those who are living in the cycle of addiction, acknowledment of help is of the utmost importantance because they now know that not only is the addiction destroying their lives but the lives of family, friends and community. This is the step when healing and recovery can begin. Forcing someone who is actively pursuing drugs or alcohol into drug rehab will most likely be ineffective. In order to achieve the best results the one addicted has to want help.

Although, for some the family has to make the user understand that its either addiction treatment , jail or death. This is when intervention specialists can help guide families into understanding the effects of drugs on the user and help guide the user toward making the decision to enter drug treatment. When the user decides to go it is important not to waste any time in getting them to the addiction treatment facility, otherwise, the user will begin to manipulate the stitiuation and decide that they can do it on their own.

The decision to go to drug rehab will provide for you or your loved one specialized care that will enable the user to understand the effects that addiction has caused and ways to enable a successful life. Abusing drugs or alcohol is only a surface issue so discovering the underlying causes of drug use through individualized counseling and classroom settings in addiction treatment will provide a foundationto build success in sobriety and successful living away from the abuse of drugs or alcohol.

After finding the right drug rehab the question now is how to pay for these services. For many cost is irrelevant because saving the life of yourself or your loved one is the most important action. Still, one has to consider how to pay for the treatment. Most addiction treatment facilities will work on the financing of treatment with the individual or family by providing a payment plan, offering scholarships, working on a sliding fee scale, and in most cases, your insurance coverage will be accepted.

Do not be overwhelmed when searching for and paying for drug treatment. Our referral specialist will help guide you to finding the most effective drug rehab in Georgia and help you or your loved one achieve a life that will be free from the cycle of addiction. As always, we provide confidential assessments and referrals. Call today and begin a new life free from the destruction of drugs or alcohol.
In Savannah, Georgia, the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force handed down indictments on 32 people with a conspiracy to distribute marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy in Georgia and California. Following a six-month investigation, drug proceeds, guns, vehicles and drugs, as well as, 200 pound bales of marijuana which was to be distributed in Savannah were seized.

U.S. Attorney Edward J.Tarver states, “The United States Attorney’s Office and its state and federal partners will continue its efforts to shut down those large operations responsible for supplying street level drug traffickers.”

Because of Savannah’s location on the Atlantic Ocean and as a major seaport, drug cartel’s make this area a major distribution point for getting drugs and weapons onto the streets of Savannah and into the hands of its drug addicts.

If you or your loved one is suffering from addiction to marijuana, cocaine, heroin or any drug that is keeping one from living a productive life, our referral specialist are available to help guide you to effective drug addiction treatment. We always provide free and confidential assessments and referrals to drug rehab centers across North America.

CNN reports, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Caribbean Division along with the Justice Department, 158 arrests were made in conjuction with the largest drug and illegal weapons bust in Puerto Rican history. 500 agents and local officals worked to secure the apprehension of drug ring leaders, runners, suppliers and sellers. This operation will rid the west coast in the small Caribbean Island of the most hard core and major drug traffickers in Puerto Rico.

The defendants were charged with the attempt to distribute and sell marijuana, crack, cocaine, heroin, as well as, the possession of firearms. If convicted the defendants could spend up to life in prison and pay fines up to $4 million dollars. Most of the arrest were made near public housing complexes located near schools and sports facilites. The area of the arrests is where a major sporting event would be taking place where as many as 300,000 spectators would be in attendance.

The arrest helped save millions of dollars worth of illegal drugs to be distributed to waiting drug addicts eager to buy, sell and use the harmful substances. Drug addiction treatment centers are in the fight to help save lives of millions of drug addicts from the drug ring leaders and distributors such as the ones arrested in Puerto Rico. Drug education and drug rehabilitation centers are available to help you or your loved one fighting to end the cycle of addiction in your life or the life of your loved one.

Referral specialists are available for confidential assessments and referrals to drug addiction treatment centers in North America and neighboring islands such as in Puerto Rico. Call today and start your path to healing and recovery from addiction.

Drug addiction in Afghanistan is twice the global average according to a recent press release by AFP.com international news agency. The report states that eight percent of Afghans are addicted to opium the country’s main export. Afghanistan is the world’s number one narcotic producer which is one reason over one million people between the ages of 15-64 are addiced to opium or heroin.

Opium, the raw material for making heroin is easily accessible in Afghanistan since the opium crop is the main source of income for most Afghans, therefore causing some of the increase in addiction. Afghans are also being treated for addictions to marijuana, painkillers and tranquillsers as a “kind of self medication due to the hardships of life in this war torn country”. Drug addiction treatment centers in Afghanistan are not able to handle the influx of drug addicts and can only treat about 10,000 patients.

There are differences of opinion from most Americans and governmental officials in regard to the new Arizona law (SB 1070) that enables the state of Arizona to protect its borders from illegals entering the country and aids in the fight against drugs and terrorism.

Drugs and Terrorism

There are differences of opinion from most Americans and governmental officials in regard to the new Arizona law (SB 1070) that enables the state of Arizona to protect its borders from illegals entering the country and aids in the fight against drugs and terrorism.

Shortly after Gov. Jan Brewer signed SB 1070 into law, opponents sprang into action calling for sanctions against the state of Arizona both economically and legislatively, calling the law an outrage against a race of people which would leave a pandoras box to open for racial profiling. Yes, our country must protect itself against anyone who comes across our borders illegally, however, the United States provides the opportunity for everyone to properly enter our country and become nationalized citizens. The beauty of our Constitution is that everyone be treated equally and with respect.

The borders of the United States are at risk because of drugs and terrorism. Everyday, lives are destroyed in order to smuggle deadly drugs like heroin, cocaine and prescription medication into our country. Opium which is the base for heroin has become more potent and cheaper to purchase causing the death of thousands of drug addicts and innocent lives. Drug cartels throughout the world are making billions of dollars from smuggling illegal drugs and weapons into the United States making our country more vulnerable for terrorism.

“We cannot sacrifice our safety to the murderous greed of drug cartels,” Brewer said. “We cannot stand idly by as drophouses, kidnappings and violence compromise our quality of life.”

There is a bigger picture that has to be acknowledged and dealt with. Whether you agree or disagree with SB 1070, one has to know that the war on drugs and terrorism is the catalyst of the new immigration law set forth in Arizona. Our borders have to be protected against the smuggling of drugs and terrorism for the sake of our country and its citizens. The border war on drugs and terrorism must be addressed and handled before anymore innocent lives are destroyed.

Everytime drugs are purchased the drug cartel wins and money is given to terrorist who want to destroy our great country. It is time to take a stand and fight for the sanctity of life and well being.

If you or someone you know is suffering from addiction, help is available. Referral specialist will help guide you to effective addiction treatment where education and tools will be made readily available to empower lives and help save and protect our world from drugs and terrorism. Help save a life from being destroyed from drug abuse, make the call today to begin the road to recovery through drug rehab.

Dying Inside

Drugs will take one to a place that was never intended to be visited, and will keep one longer than was expected. The cycle of addiction is a mystery to those who are not held captive by its grip. The lies, manipulation and destruction one endures and succumbs too by taking harmful drugs destroys the body, mind and spirit of that individual and of those who are closest to the sufferer.

For so many, hiding the substance abuse by thinking that one is able to fuction in everyday life and still take drugs, or by thinking that just because one has a script given by a physician does not categorize them as a drug addict, is part of the facade of drug addiction. There is a pain that is being masqueraded with the use of drugs and alcohol leaving one to lie to themselves and others that everything is okay because of the smiles on the outside. In reality they are falling apart and slowly dying on the inside. The use and abuse of drugs and alcohol is only a mask as to what is really taking place in the life of one who is addicted to harmful drugs. One has to look deep down and figure out what is causing them to run to drugs to numb the pain. Addiction treatment helps unmask the pain and allows the user to discover the source of that pain; recogonizing and dealing with the issue so as to empower them to heal and move forward with ones life.

Holistic treatment is an approach to drug treatment that enables the addicted to heal the mind, body and spirit; helping to discover within oneself the way to freedom from the cycyle of addiction. With the help of the professionals at holistic drug rehabs, many are finding the way out of addiction is only accomplished by working through the root problems; the pain and suffering that may have been caused through verbal, mental or sexual abuse or abandonment.

If you or someone you know is suffering with substance abuse, smiling outside but dying inside, help is available. Call today and let our referral specialists direct you to a drug rehab facility that will guide you to freedom from drugs and alcohol. The path to self discovery and healing can only be found when one is ready to take the first step to recovery. The road is not easy but with the education and rehabilitative services found in addiction treatment one empowers themselves and others to find freedom.

The battlefield of the mind is what most who are suffering from addiction fight against on a daily, if not minute by minute, basis. The voice of addiction does not want to be silent it, the voice, wants to be heard speaking louder in our heads completely overwhelming the addict which causes continued use or relapse. The voice says, “take that drink or hit and I will shut up”, causing the sufferer to continue in the vicious cycle of addiction. Unfortunatley, the voice will continue until the sufferer either makes the decision to seek help through drug rehab or keep feeding the voice causing consequences of incarceration or death.

The voice of addiction is an interesting phenomonon. For those who do not know the power of addiction personally, do not understand why one just can’t stop drinking and drugging. The attempt of the drink or drug is to fill a void inside of the user. The goal of addiction treatment, especially holistic treatment, is to provide the addict with ways of filling that void. Cleaning the body of the dirty toxins of the drugs through various approaches. For instance, one means of cleaning the body of toxins is to sweat them out by using a dry sauna. The toxins of drugs are stored in fat cells and can be released at anytime back into the blood stream causing the user to crave more of their drug of choice. The dry sauna is a tool utilized in the effort of cleaning the body and replenishing the vitamin and nutrient deficiency that the use of drugs and alcohol took away.

The voice of addiction can be diminished through the help of a holistic treatment approach to substance abuse. Our referral specialist can help guide you or your loved to into a drug rehab that will provide services catered especially to meet your needs. The road to recovery is not easy and will be filled with many obstacles. However, the discovery of oneself and the renewed passion to live life clean and sober will be fuel for your survival and for the survival of family, friends and community.

For so many who are suffering from substance abuse the question of what will it take to overcome the destructive cycle of addiction is answered through a committment in seeking help through addiction treatment. The difficulty is allowing oneself to truly want help in stopping the abuse of drugs and alcohol. The sufferer must want, first and foremost, to stop doing drugs. The decision to stop is not up to friends and family but the individual who is allowing drugs to control their lives.

Taking the first step by admitting the powerlessness over drugs and alcohol is the beginning of the healing process to recovery. There are far reaching complications and consequences of drug addiction; loss of health loss of freedom through incarceration and financial issues are immediate signs that addiction is in control. However, these and many more issues can and will be resolved through effective treatment at a drug rehab.

The answer to what will it take to stop the cycle of addiction in one’s life is really up to the individual. One must decide based on how they want to live. Do you want to live trapped with nowhere to go or do you want to be free from drugs so you can be the son, daughter, mother or father you were inteded to be? Do you want freedom from drugs enough to seek the help provided by drug treatment? Addiction is powerful, but can be treated and overcome. Seeking help through addiction treament provides the sufferer and their family and friends tools for recovery and education on how to stay clean and sober.

Referral specialists are available to help guide you to a drug rehab that will give you or your loved one the survival tools for beating addiciton. The suffering can stop now and new life can begin. Addicition does not have to take your health, freedom, or life. The anwer is found in you.
